Live Like Dyl
I guess the first thing to do is decide as to what I should and should not write. I remember when I used to be a hip hop artist and write vulgar lyrics about experiences I'd rather not relive. While I still love rapping and writing rap lyrics as a form of therapy, I do not wish for others to hear them because I am tired of people trying to understand me. I have attempted this before in the form of Hip-Hop and it just came to a point where I do not care if anyone understands me anymore. I am who I am. Be who you are, and if that is not good enough for some people than that is a mere reflection of their lack of compassion and understanding. This reflection reminds me in a sense of the Bible's passage, "Judge and you will be judged." I have also heard countless times from others that you will always be judged by those who are doing less than you. Whatever their morals or values may be, remember you have you own and stick to them because that is what will always give you worth.
